Not saying there will be a deal tonight (although that Ray Allen and Rajon Rondo to Detroit for Rip Hamilton, Rodney Stuckey and Tayshaun Prince deal was out there a few days ago), but Boston is clearly not happy with Rondo as their floor leader.
Danny Ainge has ripped Rondo publicly, and now Rondo's agent is doing the same to Ainge.
Interestingly, I've heard Stephen Curry compared to Rondo in terms of the type of player Curry could become.
Would Boston trade Rondo, move up in the draft and take Curry tonight? Probably won't happen. But you can bet that if the Detroit deal would've happened, Stuckey would have been the starting point guard in Boston next season.
