Troy Polamalu talks about his respect for MMA and specifically Fedor Emelianenko. Listen carefully because Troy is the most soft-spoken of all the world's ruthless safeties. He sounds like how I imagine teddy bears would sound if they could talk. On a side note, if teddy bears could talk, I'm pretty sure they could run the Raiders better than Al Davis. Just saying.
