If there were any doubts, Doc Rivers made it clear this morning to reporters this morning:

#Celtics coach Doc Rivers on Kevin Garnett: He will remain at center whether he likes it or not; think he'll be good with it. about 9 hours ago via Twitter for iPhoneReplyRetweetFavorite @scott_souza Scott Souza

The 6’13″ Kevin Garnett was forced to the five last year after the loss (loss?) of Jermaine O’Neal and thrived there. While the East has quite a few talented big-men, few can match the combination of size, speed, and skills Garnett still offers at this stage of his career. Expect Garnett to be locked in at the position aside from a select few matchups (Bynum comes to mind) where Jason Collins and Darko will try and absorb some of the banging down low.
