Most notably, I’ve spoken out a couple of times on his clock management and leadership issues, however, this time the issue is more significant. Garrett is an offensive minded head coach, and calls the offensive plays for his team. A team, loaded with talent at all positions, that can’t seem to score points. • I've watched the Cowboys since the days of Eddie LeBaron, so I qualify as an expert on uninspired play. If everyone played with the effort of Ware, and recently Witten, the offense and defense would have no problem. Scandrick is a overpaid slacker who probably couldn't even make another teams 40-man roster.Lapses is concentration are coaching problems: lack of effort translates to lack of motivation. Answer? Cut someone..
