The Oakland Raideres will have Terrelle Pryor under center for Sunday’s game against the San Diego Chargers.
“He is symptom-free, so he’s clear,” head coach Dennis Allen said on Wednesday.
The Raiders have also moved Matt Flynn, who started last week, to third string promoting undrafted rookie Matt McGloin to the backup role.

“Listen, it is what it is,” Allen said, via ESPN. “It hasn’t worked out like we anticipated and we’ve got to make decisions and we’ve got to move forward and continue to go, and [Flynn is] going to continue to battle and scratch and claw, and I still believe that he’s a capable quarterback. But we’re going to give McGloin a chance.”
McGloined beat out fourth round draft pick Tyler Wilson for the third string job this preseason.
