Last week, kicker Drew Stevens was the first Iowa Hawkeyes player to accept his invite to the 2026 Panini Senior Bowl. Each and every year, nearly all of the top seniors come together for one more game after their respective bowl games have come to an end.
Time and time again, the Iowa Hawkeyes offensive line is recognized. They're no joke, and it comes as no surprise that Rimington Trophy winner Logan Jones and 2026 Panini Senior Bowl player Beau Stephens made the list.
Not one, not two, but three Iowa Hawkeyes offensive linemen were named All-B1G first team. With Logan Jones in contention to win the Outland Trophy, seeing his name on this list comes as no surprise.
The Iowa Hawkeyes seem to have hit the offensive line jackpot. Out of 459 qualified lineman, Iowa has four of the top eight in the country. Beau Stephens, Kade Pieper, Gennings Dunker and Logan Jones all have not gotten nearly enough credit for the Hawkeyes' 3-1 start.
For a team that prioritizes defense, the Iowa Hawkeyes sure have a solid offensive line. HC Kirk Ferentz hasn't changed his strategy much in the past 20 years, but who can blame him as it led him to being the winningest coach in Big 10 history.
