This week brings a four-game slate in the Mountain West. Boise State and Nevada will get the schedule started with a Friday night meeting in Reno. The three Saturday games offer a trio of intriguing matchups.
After running for a career-high 201 yards and a touchdown on 15 carries against UNLV, Boise State running back Dylan Riley was named Mountain West Offensive
Coming off an important Mountain West victory over UNLV, Boise State has a quick turnaround to get ready for Friday night’s road matchup with Nevada. Kickoff between the MWC-leading Broncos (5-2, 3-0) and Wolf Pack (1-6, 0-3) is slated for 8 p.m.
Dylan Riley finished with 15 carries for 201 yards — a new career-high — and a touchdown on Saturday as Boise State routed UNLV, 56-31. It was the first 200-yard game of Riley’s college career. “The linemen went out there and put on a show for me and gave me all the looks that I needed,” said Riley, a sophomore.
Boise State sophomore running back Dylan Riley was voted Mountain West Offensive Player of the Week, the conference announced on Monday. Riley had the best game of his young career last weekend against Air Force, recording 255 yards of total offense and five touchdowns.
Coming off a bye week, Boise State outlasted Air Force, 49-37, on Saturday, and the Broncos offense looked all too familiar to fans across the country.
