Athletics place RHP Luis Severino on 15-day IL

The Athletics placed right-hander Luis Severino on the 15-day injured list on Saturday with a right shoulder strain. In a corresponding move, the club recalled right-hander Michael Kelly from Triple-A Las Vegas.
