Report: Astros Place RP Roddery Munoz on Outright Waivers 
The clock has struck 12 on Roddery Munoz’ time as a Houston Astro: Munoz was a Rule 5 pick, the first made by the Astros in 8 years. The team liked his power breaking stuff, and a strong stretch in Spring Training where he ran through batters racking up strikeouts got him an extended look with the team early in the season.
