The Florida Panthers have agreed to terms with forward Wilmer Skoog and defenseman Tobias Björnfot, who each signed a one-year, two-way contract. Both Skoog and Björnfot played for the AHL Eastern Conference Champion Charlotte Checkers.
On Thursday, Florida Panthers general manager Bill Zito announced that the team has signed forward Wilmer Skoog to a one-year, two-way contract. According to David Pagnotta, the deal will carry an NHL cap hit of $775,000 and a minor-league salary of $150,000 through the 2025-26 season.

The Florida Panthers have announced its 29-man roster for the 2024 NHL Rookie Showcase at Ford Ice Center Bellevue in Nashville, Tennessee.
