Seattle Storm rookie Nika Muhl has gotten the government go-ahead to finally make her WNBA debut. It could come as early as Wednesday night when the Storm meet Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever.
Former Uconn guard Nika Muhl has arrived at the 2024 WNBA Draft in style. Spending four seasons with the Huskies, Muhl started every game over the past two seasons for Geno Auriemma’s squad.
UConn knew it would have its hands full defending against Iowa and Caitlin Clark in the Final Four. So far, the Huskies' standout point guard has been up to the task.
Nika Muhl finished with eight assists, six rebounds and four steals on Saturday night in Portland, Oregon, as UConn turned up the defense in defeating Duke 53-45, a victory that punched the Huskies' ticket to the Elite Eight.
