Skye Blue is progressing in her recovery from injury but does not know when she’ll be making her AEW return yet. Now approaching nine months since surgery, Blue did a signing for K&S WrestleFest this week.

Skye Blue is on the road to recovery after making her on-screen return during the Zero Hour pre-show of Saturday’s AEW All Out. Blue, who has been out since July 20th with a broken ankle suffered on an episode of Collision, came out to be interviewed by Tony Schiavone as she is from Chicago where Saturday’s pay-per-view is being held.

Skye Blue match stopped on AEW Collision following ankle injury

Skye Blue has injured her ankle. During a match against Hikaru Shida on Saturday, Shida went for a crossbody to the outside, landing on Blue. Upon impact, she was checked on by the referee and the match was stopped shortly after.  Video on social media showed Blue being helped to the back by medical staff, with her right leg being favored.
