That certaintly didn’t take long. Just hours after adidas unveiled their new line of uniforms, which included the Kansas Jayhawks, students in Lawrence petitioned the White House to put a stop to the basketball team from wearing them. WE PETITION THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION TO: Stop Kansas basketball from wearing the new uniforms proposed by adidas. Adidas has designed uniforms for KU basketball that are stylistically heinous and tarnish a venerated institution. Stand up for our university, for coherent color schemes, and for the spirit of Wilt Chamberlain. At the time of his posting, it has 400 of the 100,000 electronic signatures it has listed as a goal. I mean, can you blame them? They are by far the worst of the bunch (they are all terrible).
