All is said and done on the Oakland Raiders' dismal 4-12 season, and head coach Dennis Allen and general manager Reggie McKenzie have their work cut out for them in the off-season. "We've identified those guys that we're trying to get back and we're in the process," Allen said via Vic Tafur of the San Francisco Chronicle. "How long that process takes, at the end of the day Reggie will handle that part of it. But we've met a lot (discussing) where we're going as an organization and what we're looking to do. We've got a clear plan of what we're trying to get done." Punter Shane Lechler and defensive tackle Richard Seymour look to be goners according to Tafur, and that's just the beginning of what is to be the an extreme roster makeover of sorts, whetehr by their own hand or playing walking in free agency. Here's a look at the Raiders free agents going into the 2013 off-season: Players eligible for unrestricted free agency: T Khalif Barnes, DT Desmond Bryant, G Cooper Carlisle, DE Andre Carter, LB Omar Gaither, S Matt Giordano, RB Mike Goodson, WR Derek Hagan, CB Joselio Hanson, P Shane Lechler, QB Matt Leinart, S Mike Mitchell, TE Brandon Myers, DT Richard Seymour, DE Matt Shaughnessy, CB Shawntae Spencer, LB Philip Wheeler Players eligible for restricted free agency: CB Phillip Adams Exclusive-rights free agents: LB Kaelin Burnett, WR Duke Calhoun, CB Coye Francies, T Zach Hurd, C/G Alex Parsons, CB Brandian Ross, RB Jeremy Stewart var switchTo5x=true; stLight.options({publisher:''});
