NBA Fan Finds Out The Reason Why Jayson Tatum Is Ruled Out Against Orlando Magic
David Butler II-USA TODAY Sports

Jayson Tatum isn't playing against the Orlando Magic for 'personal reasons' on Saturday and fans found out the real motive.

Jayson Tatum made the headlines on Saturday after the Boston Celtics listed him unavailable for their duel against the young and inspired Orlando Magic. The forward didn't deal with any injuries in prior days, which is why so many people worried after the team cited 'personal reasons' as the motive for his absence.

Tatum isn't one that will miss games so easily, so fans were curious to see what was happening. As usual, when these situations happen, most people think something bad happened, but in reality, it was the opposite.

Many fans decided to investigate and see what was going on with Tatum and found a big surprise. Nobody was sick or going through a rough situation, they were just celebrating, and JT didn't want to miss that.

Tatum was just celebrating his son's birthday, as Deuce keeps growing. Fans across social media found out that he was posting pictures and videos of the birthday party. One Redditor clarified what was going on, too, revealing Tatum's plans for the day to the rest of the world.

Helpful Reddit comment:

"Before anyone freaks out, on Snapchat Deuce is having a huge birthday bonanza and it looks like all his family is in town. It looks like he’s just taking the day off lol"

JT has spoken time and time again about his relationship with Deuce and how much it means to him to be a father. They are very close, always joking around on and off the court.

The Celtics face off against the Orlando Magic today, trying to get back after losing their prior game. The young Magic team is showing glimpses of how good they can be in the future. Boston, on the other side, remains the team with the best record in the league and will try to get back to winning ways, even if that means playing without their best asset.
