The Arizona Cardinals unveiled their new uniforms on Thursday after a multi-month social media campaign.
While the new threads are similar to the old, the most noticeable difference can be seen in the home uniforms, which will display “Arizona” on the chest.
This is the first time in team history that the Cardinals will wear the name of their state front and center.
The jerseys are also eerily similar to the Ohio State University uniforms.
As expected, fans were left with mixed reactions, with many believing that the reveal was a bit of a letdown.

On the other hand, there was some positive feedback on the alternative look that the Cardinals will be wearing this season.

This was the first change to the Cardinals’ uniforms since 2005, 18 years ago.
