Man Utd to release McNeill

Manchester United youngster Charlie McNeill is set to be among the players the club releases this summer.

The Red Devils are set to undergo their annual releasing of youth and fringe stars who do not make the grade.

Per Manchester World, McNeill is not going to renew his contract with the Red Devils.

Signed back in 2020 from Manchester City, McNeill never managed to realize his youth potential.

He was on loan at Stevenage in League One this season, but struggled with injuries.

He has been at United since the winter and has played several games for the U21 side.
