Spurs Waive Kyle Mangas, Sign Stanley Umude

The Spurs have signed Stanley Umude to a two-way deal, according to Tom Orsborn of the San Antonio Express-News (via Twitter). To accommodate the move, they waived 26-year-old guard Kyle Mangas.
