Twins right-hander David Festa will undergo surgeries on his shoulder and pectoral muscle tomorrow, reports Dan Hayes of The Athletic. The first will address a shoulder impingement, while the latter is to alleviate symptoms of neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome.
