Sabrina Carpenter is enjoying the most successful time of her career as the pop star is currently touring for her massively successful ‘Short And Sweet‘ tour. As she wraps up the North American leg of the tour, which was instantly sold out, she has also received backlash for the content shown during the concert.
Many have argued that her concert isn’t child friendly and have complained about the obscene dance numbers. Here’s how Carpenter has responded to these complaints.
Two particular sets in Sabrina Carpenter’s ‘Short N Sweet’ tour are drawing backlash to the singer. The first set includes the performance of her hit song ‘Bed Chem’ which revolves around sex. In the outro of the song, she gets behind a curtain and is joined by a man to exhibit a sexual position.
The second act is the ending performance of the night of her song ‘Juno‘ where a particular lyric goes “Have you ever tried this one” as she goes on to perform a sexual position on the floor.

Get over yourself if this upsets you. Don’t take your kids to a concert that isn’t for them. https://t.co/9JbfLFDmQA

Many fans and parents of the fans have argued that her tour isn’t child friendly. In Carpenter’s defence, however, the tour demands parental advisory and many have argued back that she makes music for people in their early 20s.
Sabrina Carpenter was previously under fire for her outfit choices during the show, to which she promptly responded and said, “To that I just say, don’t come to the show, and that’s OK.”
However, fans have been defending the singer and pointing out that it’s parents’ responsibility to make sure their children aren’t going to the show instead of it being Sabrina’s fault.
if y’all are so concerned that sabrina is ‘inappropriate for children to see’ then maybe don’t have ur 8 year olds going to her concert hope this helps!
